We are always looking for new members!
Our diverse membership consists of local people who are here because of an interest to serve our community. We have members of all ages and of all walks of life. From college students to business professionals, our team pulls together the talents of our members to make up a company which we can be proud to be a part of. Recently, we expanded and now have a junior program. Young adults can join at 16 and 17, with virtually limitless opportunities to learn about emergency services and be a part of our crew.
There is no experience necessary to join our organization. In fact, many of our most dedicated members joined as a result of knowing an existing member and just checking out what we do. We will train you to whatever level you choose to advance to and, more importantly, at your own pace. It seems that nobody has spare time anymore. College classes, double shifts, kids' baseball games...they all come into play. Our minimum requirements are that one night a week (and every fourth weekend) that the member be available for calls. It is certainly encouraged that members respond to every alarm, but we remain committed to protect the community while not putting too high a strain on our members' family lives.
